Who Am I

My name is Lennart Kaag, financial advisor and purchasing agent. I work from Hilversum and have held various roles in financial services over the years. In 2019, I took the step to become a freelance mortgage advisor. Currently I am a freelance mortgage advisor with fmhypotheken. In 2024 started the company BE WELCOME which helps homebuyers with every step of the process.

What Do I Do

I am combining the services of a mortgage advisor with fmhypotheken and being a real estate agent at BE WELCOME, which I do with great passion and pleasure. I believe in delivering customized solutions, thinking creatively, and being service-oriented. Every client is unique, and the ideal solution is different for everyone. Building a positive relationship based on trust is fundamental for me. I find it essential to think along with clients, act quickly, and communicate honestly. I guide many clients through the purchasing process, ensuring you have a single point of contact throughout the entire buying and financing process.

Where Am I located
